Lu Xinshe, Vice Minister of Ministry of Land and Resources, Director General of SBSM, met Nuerlan Abudumanjin, Vice Chairman of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on November 14 in Beijing. Lu and Nuerlan Abudumanjin exchanged views on promoting surveying and mapping work in Xinjiang. Lu Xinshe stated that SBSM would give further supports to Xinjiang in order to improve the service capacity of surveying and mapping of this region.

Wang Chunfeng, Deputy Director General of SBSM, and Ma Qin, Deputy Secretary General of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were present at the meeting.
