Talks on Sino-Finland cooperation in surveying and mapping were held on April 21, 2008 in Beijing. Lu Xinshe, Vice Minister of Land and Resources, Director General of SBSM, and Jarmo Ratia, Director General of National Land Survey of Finland (NLS), briefed the progress of the SBSM and NLS in the past two years. The two parties reviewed the good collaboration between SBSM and NLS, and discussed the bilateral cooperative plan for the period of 2008-2009.
