Land form change of the quake hit areas released
On September 3, the State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping (SBSM) and China Earthquake Administration jointly held a press conference to announce the land form change of the Wenchuan earthquake hit areas. Results showed that distinct land form change and serious damage of surveying and mapping infrastructure only occurred in the quake hit area while the neighboring areas were not much influenced. |
